R&D Dep
Senior Integration Testing Engineer
Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Interface with the Engineering in Shanghai and US for testing
the advanced features and capabilities of AltiGen application
software and hardware.
- Developing and implementing RD test plans for related projects.
- Setup required test bed for related test plan.
- Participate the review meeting of related product development
phases.
Requirements:
- PBX/Switching Systems, Voice Messaging, Networking or Client/Server
Applications test experience.
- 4+ years Computer & Communication experience. Must have good
English verbal, reading and writing skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Must be able to travel to the US for periods of up to 2 months
at a time.
Additional advantages:
- Call Center and VoIP experience.
- Experience in development or implementation of telecom software
test automation.
- Working experience in Microsoft NT and/or 2000 (installation,
networking setup, troubleshooting)
- C++ or Web Programming skills

Requirements:
- MS/BS degree in CS, Telecommunication or other related majors
- Proficient in VC++, JAVA, XML, JavaScript, JSP, JDBC, ODBC,
WINSOCK, TAPI, MAPI, Exchange SDK, COM/DCOM/ATL/ActiveX, ISAPI/CGI,
HTMI
- Object Oriented Programming/Design (UML). Real Time System Design.
PBX, ACD system Design and Debugging
- At least 2-year software development experience
- Linux/Unix experience is a plus

QA Dep.
Senior Software QA engineer
Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Software QA Engineer hired for this position will
interface with the QA group in the US and with Engineering in
Shanghai for testing the advanced features and capabilities of
AltiGen application software and hardware.
- The primary function will be in the development and execution
of the test plans for AltiGen applications for both US and International
marketplace.
- The secondary function will be to act as the lead QA Engineer
in these projects.
- This QA engineer may also be assigned to assist in the development
of Automated Test projects for testing of AltiGen Communications
products for the US and International marketplace.
Requirements:
- PBX/Switching Systems, Voice Messaging, Networking or Client/Server
Applications test experience.
- 4+ years Software QA (black box testing) testing experience.
- Must have good English verbal, reading and writing skills.
- BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

- The Software Quality Assurance Engineer hired for this position
will interface with the QA group in the US and with Engineering
in Shanghai for testing the advanced features and capabilities
of AltiGen application software and hardware.
- The primary function will be in the development and execution
of Automated Feature test scripts for AltiGen applications for
both US and Asian marketplace.
Requirements:
- Scripting or Visual Basic programming experience
- 1+ years Software QA (black box testing) testing experience.
- Must have some English verbal, reading, and writing skills.
- BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Additional advantages:
- Working experience in Microsoft NT and/or 2000 (installation,
networking setup, troubleshooting)
- PBX/Switching Systems, Voice Messaging, Networking or Client/Server
Applications test experience is a plus.
